Abstract: Cocteau and Vian prove to be genuine creators of new worlds; their novel spaces claim the intervention of interconnected physical and spiritual passageways to give free space to the expression of the poet’s spleen. For Cocteau, the creation intervenes thanks to magic or anxiety, whereas in Vian’s world, the same Onirism dives us into strangeness and degenerescence, i.e. poetic deconstruction.
