Abstract: The dramatic art has the power to show what is latent in reality and cover what is apparent. In other words, the dramatic act which gives life to a text has the skill to make present what is no longer. In the light of this idea, we are going to deal with a piece by playwright Abdelkader Alloula. By way of remembrance, Abdelkader Alloula is an Algerian playwright born on the 8th of July 1939 and assassinated on the 10th of March 1994. Among his works, worth mentioning are: El-Agoual (The Sayings, 1980), El-Adjouad (The Generous, 1985), El-litham (The Veil, 1989). In this paper, we shall examine El-Adjouad (The Generous).
